Subscriptions & Payments
Free Tier: Basic features are available at no cost.
Pro & Premium: Additional features require a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through the applicable store before renewal
- In-app subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google and entitlement status is provided through RevenueCat
- Web subscriptions, where offered, are processed through the checkout provider shown before purchase
- The store displays localized prices, renewal terms, and introductory-offer eligibility before purchase
- Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store policies
- Deleting your GoutGuru account or app does not cancel an app-store subscription
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Reverse engineer or decompile the application
- Use automated systems to access the service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

GoutGuru and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GoutGuru and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any health data you input into the app. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoutGuru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or health outcomes arising from your use of the service.
